don’t forget, when it breaks it’s going to hurt real bad.
they didn’t make it with steel, for a reason.
it take a an attachment , and a nut and bolt.
check there web site
that procedure of rigging something that is not specifically made for the piece of equipment in particular is ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED as there is no way to ensure safety for the would-be operators or those within striking distance should they accidentally come in contact with blades of any metal going at such speed either directly or should they fly off because they’re not securely anchored. think of the safety hazards and possible litigation that would be the end result of altering and attaching something durable and sharp to a piece of equipment that is made specifically to go a high speeds and without any protective covering around the sharp blades or for the operator or those nearby. that would be an absolutely ridiculous solution to such a trivial problem. the potential hazards and possibilities of injury or even death are endless as accidents always happen. you can always buy a more durable weedeater string or attachments made specifically for the piece of equipment you own. try researching other options.
Anyone know how to reattach the feet to an idiot who used a saw blade on a weed-eater, a durable way to reattach them not with string?
They do make a blade for the weed-eater but it’s for the high end models or professional models. So if it’s a lower end model then it may not work, check with your local Stihl dealer.
